Ingredients
1 packet Very Berry Dip & Dessert Mix
1 brick (250 g) cream cheese, softened
½ cup Cool Whip
1 refrigerated sugar cookie roll
Sliced fresh fruit of your choice (such as strawberries, kiwi, blueberries, or mandarin oranges)
Instructions
In a bowl, combine the Very Berry Dip & Dessert Mix, cream cheese, and Cool Whip. Mix until smooth and creamy. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Meanwhile, press the sugar cookie dough onto a greased 12" round pizza pan. Use a fork to gently poke holes in the dough to prevent bubbling. Bake according to package directions, then allow to cool completely.
Once cooled, spread the berry cream cheese mixture evenly over the cookie crust. Top with an assortment of fresh sliced fruit.
Chill until ready to serve. Slice and enjoy this colourful, crowd-pleasing treat!
